hello again, i know what you're all thinking, "where in the world is bishop going to eat breakfast this weekend?." well, thinking ahead to the art fair this weekend in uptown, he has decided to move away a bit to a quiet little dive called Big Olaf's, located on a beautiful strip of road fondly referred to as east Franklin. the street address for those inexperienced is: Big Olaf's 2401 E Franklin Avenue Minneapolis, MN 55406 be prepared for more grease than the wienery, more grits than the egg and i, and about two years off your natural life span. thanks to Paul Czarneski for giving me the idea to create a journal of my breakfast experiences, so be prepared to be photographed and to give thoughts and opinions on your own breakfast experience to be logged forevermore into a small book that will probably never lose the smell of bacon after it is all said and done. other bits of important information are: breakfast will be on saturday this time around, starting at 10:32. again, please let anyone and everyone you know who may be interested in joining the tour of breakfasts where to be and when. hope to see all of you there. -bishop |
